Measurement of surface integrity such as nano/micro-cracks on a ground glass surface based on Rahman scattering
2. Nano-Machining
Surface analysis of chemical polishing process using water-soluble Fullerenol slurry
Laser nano-machining technique using femto-pulse photonic nanojet (PNJ)
3. Nano-Assembly
Monolithic fabrication of three dimensional micro-structure using Talbot lithography
Development of new functional device based on novel nano physics
4. Novel-Metrology
Photon-Metrology based on quantum effect
Quantum Ghost Imaging
AI-Metrology and Adaptive-Metrology based on machine learning, deep learning methods etc
